• Establishes and maintains a lasting record of the group’s activities, including taking pictures, maintaining our bulletin board, collecting keeping files of programs/ posters/newsletters/photos/other memorabilia, preparing yearbook, and conducting doing research
• Researches and maintains the written account of the group’s history
• Involvement in keeping web pages and other public information updated (with General Manager & Publicity)
