• Maintains our choral library, including overseeing the proper filing of scores, keeping records of library holdings in our computer catalog, and facilitating the organization of any new materials
• Prepares folders for the singers and oversees the distribution and collection of music
• Manages any transport of needed music for trips, retreats, and tour performances
